Two-source comparison
The agency's document ↔ the hotel's record. Price, guest count, room type, date, commission and kickback are measured one by one. With no document, the comparison does not count as “performed.”
Hotel revenue audit
Today your staff does this by hand and spends hours on it. TITAN takes the agency's signed document and compares it with the hotel's own record, line by line — no fatigue, no sampling.
The price and package columns were deleted at the source before the file was handed over; the engine calculated the expected amount from the signed contract on its own. The reason for each of the 3 divergent records is written out — in two of them the multiplier had been chosen by looking at the observed price, so the agreement on those lines is confirmation, not independent verification. We write that down too.
Someone reads the agency's document — front office, accounting, the revenue team. Hours, some days entire days Hours, some days entire days go into it. And still not everything gets covered: when fatigue sets in, sampling begins, and the line nobody looked at is quietly counted “clean.” TITAN does that work — without tiring, without skipping a single line.
Nothing else opens and reads the signed document the agency sent you and recalculates the amount inside it from the contract on its own. That is why there is no product to compare this to.
No audio; everything to read is on screen, and also as captions (Turkish · English). All data in the video is is sample data and is not comparable to real data. The screens themselves are the panel's real interface. Download the video (MP4, 468 KB).
Interactive example
The panel below is the real TITAN interface — buttons, badges and chain steps come from the product's own source. All data is is sample data and is not comparable to real data. You can move between scenes and pause.
For full screen, open the example in a separate tab.
We do not name the properties — the first rule of an audit service is not to turn a client's records into reference material. What will turn up at your property on your own data is measured.
How it is done today
TITAN
One button.
This is not a speed claim, it is a coverage claim. By hand, looking at every room on a busy day is not possible; whatever goes unchecked is counted as “clean.” What sets TITAN apart is not speed, but that it skips no line.
What we do
The agency's signed document
1,845.00 EUR
TITAN's own calculation
1,692.00 EUR
A difference is not a loss. Which side is right is reviewed separately. But if no one looks, it never gets reviewed at all.
Why not another audit tool
Both documents say the same thing. Measured, and it matched.
Measured, and it conflicted. The amount and the address of the difference are written down: which document, which page, which line.
The comparison could not be made. Document missing, field empty, or unreadable. This row is not counted as clean and is not hidden.
A report without that third outcome silently treats what it could not measure as “matching” — and no one looks at that row again. In TITAN's report, what it could not measure stands as a separate count.
Independence
Most checks compare the amount on the document with the amount in the system. If both are fed from the same place, a “MATCHES” verdict proves nothing. TITAN calculates the expected amount from the signed contract, night by night, on its own.
MULT=2.0 × [ 2n @ACTION(−45%) rate=210 + 5n @ACTION(−42%) rate=240 ] − per-night deductions: COM 3% + KB 2% = 2×210×2.0×(1−50%)=420.00 + 5×240×2.0×(1−47%)=1,272.00 → EXPECTED = 1,692.00 EUR
This line sits inside the report. The reader can rebuild the number — not “the system said so,” but “this is how it came out of this contract.”
The hotel's own manager handed over the source file with the price and package columns deleted — the engine never saw those numbers. It was then compared against the full version of the same day.
We report all 3 divergent records. An audit tool that hides the limit of its measurement also hides the measurement itself.
What the report looks like
| Voucher | Field compared | Document | System | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DMO-4102-1 | Guest count | 7 guests | 7 guests | Matches |
| DMO-4471-2 | Nightly rate | 1,845.00 EUR | 1,692.00 EUR | Doesn't match — 153.00 EUR difference |
| DMO-4518-1 | Room type | SUPERIOR | HANDICAP | Matches |
| DMO-4603-1 | Kickback | not stated | 3% | Review |
| DMO-4744-1 | Check-in date | field blank in document | 12.08 | Not measured |
Note the last row: the engine issued no verdict. That field was blank in the document — and a blank field does not count as “a match.”
What it runs
01
The agency's document ↔ the hotel's record. Price, guest count, room type, date, commission and kickback are measured one by one. With no document, the comparison does not count as “performed.”
02
The hotel's reservation system is connected via API and a third record is pulled. If two sources carry the same error, the two-source comparison cannot see it; the third one is the arbiter.
03
One button, an end-to-end chain. A schema gate, the pricing engine, document cross-verification, the delivery audit and 5 fixed release gates. If any gate is red, the release does not go out.
04
Child age bands, nationality–market match and duplicate records each run separately. The second room on the same voucher is not a duplicate — without that distinction, every family reservation would produce a false finding.
05
Upsell, upgrade, early check-in, late checkout. The amount expected under the contracted rate is compared with the amount actually posted.
This is an audit separate from the daily audit, and it is delivered separately.
06
One button, daily retrieval. Current guest reviews for the hotels are pulled through an official API and sit in the same panel as the audit data. A day’s findings and that day’s reviews are read side by side.
The method is stated plainly: automated site scraping is not used — the platforms’ terms forbid it and such data cannot be sold. The official interface returns current reviews but it does not return the full historical archive; we do not hide that. If the key is missing or the interface errors, no file is produced and the reason is written down: “0 reviews” does not mean “nothing is wrong”.
Frequently asked
No. This site accepts no documents; the form has no file field. The first meeting happens at your hotel and your data never leaves it. Once the service starts, what is processed and how is set out in a separate agreement .
Yes, and we do not hide it. This is exactly what sets TITAN apart: it derives the expected amount not from the agency's declaration but from the signed contract, night by night, on its own . Without a contract there is no expected amount; with no expected amount there is no gap.
There is a layer that works without contracts: a source comparison of two records — missing vouchers, dates that do not match, diverging guest counts, a different agency identity. That is not a price audit and is not presented as one.
No. TITAN never writes to your system and needs no installation. It reads the daily report you already produce.
The aim is the opposite. Only rows that do not match enter the list; a row that matches the full tariff never enters it — nobody is given pointless work.
We write that down too. "No findings" is a result and is reported as one. If a field could not be measured, it is written as "not measured" — it is never counted as "clean". This is the system's strictest rule.
No, and we say so up front. The figure in the report is the gap that was found; it is not collected or confirmed recovery. Most of the amounts await price approval. There is no sentence on this site promising you any particular amount.
We have no references we can publish. The names and codes of the hotels we work with, and the trade names of the software they run, appear nowhere on this site — that is a confidentiality obligation under contract, and the same will apply to you.
Instead we show the method : every number on this site comes from a real run, and which run it came from is written down.
A guest name is never written to any output. Source documents may contain card data; that data is never extracted and never enters a report. Detail: data security.
Unless you fill in the form, none of your data reaches us. If you do, your name, e-mail and (if you wrote it) property name are deleted automatically after 180 days . This site has no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookies at all — and because there is no cookie to consent to, there is no consent banner either.
There is a fixed price list; it is not calculated for you individually and does not vary with the amount found. We share the price in the meeting. We never charge a percentage of the gap found — that model pushes an audit to manufacture findings.
Once setup is complete, the audit is ready every morning. The first day's output is in your hands the day after the data path is set up.
About one hour. You need to prepare nothing; we work on your own screen, through your own daily report.
TITAN Income Audit
A room-rate audit does not see the extras. Upgrade, upsell and late check-out are a separate audit: for each one the expected amount is calculated from the contracted tariff and compared with what the hotel actually posted .
01
An overcharge is also a loss: when the guest disputes it you refund the money and the trust is gone.
02
In a two-day run: 303 findings, expected 57,365.50 €, actually posted 4,952.00 €.
This is the gap that was found; it is not a collected or confirmed recovery not a collected or confirmed recovery — most of the amounts await price approval.
03
For each hotel a separate, locked Excel file: late check-out · upgrade / upsell · room-type forecast · executive summary.
A front-desk explanation is requested only on free, discounted and overcharged rows. On a row that matches the full tariff no explanation is asked for — nobody is given pointless work.
Operations
These three are not part of the audit engine. They are installed separately, run on the hotel’s own machine and remove work repeated by hand every day. They use the same data as the audit results, but are delivered separately.
A
Today: one person connects and sends, by hand, every day. Invoices are prepared and transferred one by one; when that person is on leave the work piles up, and an unsent invoice goes unnoticed.
It never says “all sent” — it names what failed . An unrecognised document does not disappear silently; it waits in its own folder.
B
Today: it takes months by hand. The agency statement and the hotel record are compared line by line; it is not finished before the period closes, and once finished nobody remembers why a given line did not match.
A row it cannot read is never counted as never counted as “matching”. Every step writes its own report; if the report is missing, that step did not run.
C
Today: results are shared by hand. The daily audit, the reconciliation gap and the list of documents to request are written out to the right person manually.
An address match is a candidate suggestion, not a verified address — the evidence it rests on is written down. If it is not configured, instead of “sent” it writes “not configured” . The final approval is always yours.

Why we state this separately: these three take the repetitive work off your staff; the audit looks for the money . Confuse the two and you end up believing “the automation handled it, so the audit is done too” — it is not. They are installed separately, run separately and delivered separately.

Two short films we shared on social media. Watch with sound; the impacts sit in the low end.
The figures in the films come from a real run : 303 findings, a gap of 52,413 € between the expected and the actually posted amount. This is the gap that was found; it is not a collected or confirmed recovery — most of the amounts await price approval. Hotel name, room number and guest information appear in none of the films.
Panel
Panel stays with the manager. The team gets the result as Excel; front office, revenue, and accounting each check the same file separately.
On screen there is no progress bar: each step lands in the list with its own verdict and its duration as soon as it finishes. In the run above, one step NOT MEASURED — not hidden.
What it does
A night billed short, a late checkout fee never charged, an upgrade given away free, an undeclared kickback — when these go unnoticed, they are revenue leakage. TITAN looks where no one looks; every item caught becomes recoverable.
A night posted below the contracted rate, a late checkout fee never charged, an upgrade given away free, an undeclared kickback. One by one they are small; day after day, they are not small.
Comparing every record from a busy day by hand is not possible; everyone samples. TITAN reads all of them. go to other work.
It does not say “something is wrong somewhere.” Which voucher, which document, which page, which line and how the expected amount was calculated are written out. When you talk to the agency, you have evidence in hand.
If a document is missing, or a field is empty or unreadable, the line comes back not measured and stops. The most expensive mistake is not a false alarm; it is calling a place nobody looked at “clean.”
TITAN does not make you money — it keeps you from losing revenue. It does not create new revenue; it keeps the revenue you have earned from quietly going uncollected. We give no ready-made “X per year” figure — that number comes out different at every property. Your own number — we measure it with one day of data.
Data
These documents can carry an open card number and CVV. On the upload path into the system they are not on the allowlist — no second permanent copy is created.
Content is scanned before any derived file is written. If a card label and a valid card number are found together, the file is not written.
Lines in the audit output are built on voucher and room. Reports and logs carry no guest names.
We have not passed SOC 2, ISO or PCI audits. Posting the badge of an audit we did not pass would be the first contradiction for a company that sells audits.
Who wrote it
TITAN was written by someone who has worked in hotels for more than 18 years — night audit, front office, accounting, group revenue, and city ledger. He wrote the code himself.
So the product doesn't look where a software developer would guess; it looks where the money actually goes missing : the second room on a multi-room voucher, the multiplier for a free child, the late checkout fee that was never posted, the agency that never declared its kickback. These don't come up in a product meeting; they hit you in the night audit.

Getting started
For the session we ask you for no documents at all. Your contracts, rate tables and guest details never leave your hotel — which is also the right thing to do under data-protection law. In the presentation we work on your own screen with your own data; we look together at what one day's records turn up.
We share the price in the meeting; there is a fixed list and it is not calculated for you individually. If no findings come up, we write that down too.
This form has no file field, and never will. We ask only for a name and e-mail so we can get back to you. Your request is deleted automatically after 180 days — KVKK privacy notice · how to have your data erased.
Before you send your documents, a short data processing and confidentiality addendum is signed: it states where the data will sit, how long it will be kept, and when it will be destroyed. Without that addendum we do not ask you for documents.
